cybermem is a product of Naviraeon Labs LLC. By joining the cybermem waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not join.
1. Description of Service
cybermem is an upcoming AI memory product. By joining our waitlist, you'll receive:
- Waitlist registration
- Email notifications about product updates
- Future access to our AI memory service
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to join this waitlist. By joining, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to abuse or spam the waitlist
- Use automated tools to submit multiple entries
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Naviraeon Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That the product will launch
- Specific timelines for product availability
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naviraeon Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naviraeon Labs LLC and its officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to remove entries from the waitlist for violations of these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
10. Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, under the rules of an established arbitration provider. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Any claim must be brought within one year of the date the claim arose.
11. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Naviraeon Labs LLC regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
13. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent.
